Help Center : Changing a Closed Deal Lease (or Sale) Comp record to a Closed Deal Project record

We represented both sides of the same deal. Now we have 2 comp records for the same deal. How do I change one of the closed deals to a general project so it does not show up twice in the comps search?

  1. On the Comp record, click on the ‘Settings’ link in the upper right corner of the record.

  2. Change the ‘Transaction Type’ from ‘Lease’ (or ‘Sale’) to ‘Consulting/Referral/Other’.

  3. Click ‘Submit’ at the bottom and you are done.
