QUESTION: From the CTS Web Reports widget - ‘Lease Expirations w/Contact Info’ report. How does this report know that a broker is associated with an expiration? I have added tenants to buildings with the lease expiration and broker (where we did not do the original deal). These are not showing up in this report.
ANSWER: CTS Web Reports widget - ‘Lease Expirations w/Contact Info’ report only reports on data from CTS Closed Deals and does not include data entered directly to the Property Tenancy records. If you would like to see Lease Expirations from Property Tenancy records, you can view that from the Properties - Lease Expirations list.
NOTE: Lease Expiration Date will update the Tenancy records Lease Expiration Date when a Closed Deal records is created or updated. The Lease Expirations list will be inclusive of Closed Deal Lease Expiration Dates.
