Advanced searches can be used when you need to search for fields that are not included on the basic list search. The Advanced Search feature is available on the Contact, Company, Property, and Availability and lists. For the Comp list, the “Advanced Search” has been replaced with the “Other” section on the Comp Search Filters form.
Instructions
Creating an Advanced Property Search:
From the top of the list click on the ‘Load Advanced Search’ link.
Select the desired fields to search from the pulldown options, fill in search value and click add.
Repeat and select all desired search fields.
Once all fields are selected, choose the desired ‘List Template and 'click the ‘Search’ button.
The Advanced Search feature works the same on the Contact, Company, Availabilities, and Comp lists.
