The main dashboard widget called 'My Pipeline' allows users to quickly review and update their Pipeline Deals.
Widget Details
Default Sort Order - when the widget is initially loaded it will be sorted by ‘Est Close Date’ with the most current date on top.
Column Sorting - each column can be sorted descending or ascending by clicking on the header name. An arrow will appear to indicate how the column is being sorted.
Probability Limiting - at the top of the list there are 4 radio button the user can select to quickly restrict the results list by Probability. The options are:
All Probabilities - this is the default and returns all Pipeline Deals with no restriction on Probability
Limit to > 25% Probability - only displays Pipeline Deals with a Probability greater than 25%
Limit to > 50% Probability - only displays Pipeline Deals with a Probability greater than 50%
Limit to > 75% Probability - only displays Pipeline Deals with a Probability greater than 75%
List Details - The following Pipeline Deal information is available in the widget:
Deal Name - displays the Deal Name from the Deal Settings form.
Status - displays the Status from the Deal Settings form.
Est Close - displays the Est. Close Date from the Pipeline form.
Trans Value - displays the Est. Transaction Value ($) from the Pipeline form.
Broker Est. Gross - displays the calculated Broker Estimated Gross Fees, based on Est. Gross In-House Fee ($) and Deal Share %.
Probability - displays the Est. Probability % from the Pipeline form.
Comment Icon - displays the Recent Update from the Pipeline form.
Edit Icon - opens the Pipeline quick edit form so users can make quick changes to the Pipeline data.
View All - the View All button at the bottom of the list can be used to see the Main Pipeline list where users can do additional searching and Pipeline deal management.
