Summary

This document provides an overview of the new User Settings menu on the main dashboard. We have moved all of the previous information and links found on the ‘Support’ and ‘My Settings’ pages into a single, easy to navigate, drop down menu.

User Settings Menu

On your home page, you will see your name in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Click your name to expose the menus associated with various settings and information.

Below you can find a list of the User Settings menu items, as well as a brief description.

Depending on the administrative settings for your system, as well as your personal permissions, you may not be able to see all of the menu items listed below.

MENU ITEM	DESCRIPTION
Change my Password	Open a pop-up to initiate the password change process.
Change my Timezone	On this page you are able to update, or just review, your designated time zone.
My Contact Profile	Opens your contact page in edit mode to update your personal profile
Signatures	Opens a pop-up page where you can edit your personal Signature(s) that appear on any email messages sent from the system.
My Stacking Plan Settings	Opens your personal Stacking Plan settings
Company Stacking Plan Settings	Opens the organization’s Stacking Plan settings
Install Outlook Sync Ad-In	For Microsoft Outlook users, install the plug in to allow you to sync your contacts between your Outlook Contacts and Contacts within CoStar Brokerage Applications.
Email Support	This link will create an email directed to our support team.
Help Center	This link will open the CoStar Brokerage Applications Help Center.
Help Desk Portal	This link directs you to our Support Portal where you can track any outstanding open items (admin login required).
Logout	Clicking this link will log you out of the system, and direct you back to the login page.
