Accrual Detail Report [SSRS]
This report contains a breakdown of Deal related (i.e. Invoice or Payment) accounting activity by Vendor for a specific accounting period. You can also use it to view the entire history of accounting activity on an invoice or deal. It contains Vendor, Invoice, Payment, Contact, and Deal details for every accounting action (Billing, Adjustment, Payment or Void). Each row represents either the gross or net allocation or reversal amount for a specific Vendor / Account for the action performed. When grouped, subtotals are summarized at the bottom of each group.
This report is limited to 10,000 records. Use the Accrual Export widget to export a larger number of records.
The same Invoice or Payment may display more than once on this report if more than one Vendor / Account expects a share of the fees or the Invoice or Payment was voided or adjusted.
Report Fields:
Action Type - Indicates which accounting process is reflected in a given row. Options:
Commission Expense - When an Invoice is created / billed, adjusted, or voided: The net commission estimate or reversal for each party entitled to a share of the fees.
Invoice Adjustment Allocation - When an invoice is adjusted: The proportional gross commission reversal or reallocation of the (adjusted) Invoice amount to each party entitled to a share of the fees.
Invoice Allocation - When an Invoice is created / billed: The proportional gross commission allocation of the Invoice amount to each party entitled to a share of the fees.
Invoice Void Allocation - When an Invoice is voided: A reversal of all gross commission amounts that were originally allocated to each party when the associated Invoice was created / billed or last adjusted.
Payment Gross Allocation - When a payment is applied: The actual gross commission amount distributed to each recipient for this Payment.
Payment Net Adjustment - When a payment is applied: The Net Adjustment/Expense amount distributed from one Vendor or Account and to another.
Payment Net Allocation - When a payment is applied: The actual net commission distribution amount distributed to each recipient for this Payment.
Payment Void Gross Allocation - When a payment is voided: A reversal of the original gross commission amount distributed to each recipient when the associated Payment was applied.
Payment Void Net Adjustment - When a payment is voided: A reversal of The Net Adjustment/Expense amount distributed from one Vendor or Account and to another when the associated Payment was applied.
Payment Void Net Allocation - When a payment is voided: A reversal of the original net commission amount distributed to each recipient when the associated Payment was applied.
Action Type Detail - A more specific indication of which accounting process is reflected in a given row. Options:
Invoice Adjustment Recreation Allocation - When an invoice is adjusted: The proportional gross commission allocation of the (adjusted) Invoice amount to each party entitled to a share of the fees.
Invoice Adjustment Recreation Commission Expense - When an invoice is adjusted: The new net commission estimate for each party entitled to a share of the fees.
Invoice Adjustment Reversal Allocation - When an invoice is adjusted: A reversal of all gross commission amounts that were originally allocated to each party when the associated Invoice was created / billed or last adjusted.
Invoice Adjustment Reversal Commission Expense - When an invoice is adjusted: A reversal of all net commission amounts that were originally estimated for each party when the associated Invoice was created / billed or last adjusted.
Invoice Allocation - When an Invoice is created / billed: The proportional gross commission allocation of the Invoice amount to each party entitled to a share of the fees.
Invoice Commission Expense - When an Invoice is created / billed: The net commission estimate for each party entitled to a share of the fees.

Invoice Adjustment Recreation Allocation - The proportional gross commission allocation of the Invoice amount to this Vendor / Account, based on their overall share of the Deal on the Fee Splits / Split Worksheet form.
Invoice Adjustment Recreation Commission Expense - The net commission estimate for this Vendor / Account for this Invoice. Specifically, 100% of the gross amount allocated to an Outside Vendor or House Account, or a calculated net amount for an In-House Vendor or Staff Vendor, based on their current Split Plan and YTD Gross Commission.
Invoice Adjustment Reversal Allocation - A reversal of the gross commission amount that was originally allocated to this Vendor / Account when the associated Invoice was created / billed or last adjusted.
Invoice Adjustment Reversal Commission Expense - A reversal of the net commission amount that was originally estimated for this Vendor / Account when the associated Invoice was created / billed or last adjusted.
Invoice Allocation - The proportional gross commission allocation of the Invoice amount to this Vendor/ Account, based on their overall share of the Deal on the Fee Splits / Split Worksheet form.
Invoice Commission Expense - The net commission estimate for this Vendor / Account for this Invoice. Specifically, 100% of the gross amount allocated to an Outside Vendor or House Account, or a calculated net amount for an In-House Vendor or Staff Vendor, based on their current Split Plan and YTD Gross Commission.
Invoice Void Allocation - A reversal of the gross commission amount that was originally allocated to this Vendor / Account when the associated Invoice was created / billed or last adjusted.
Invoice Void Commission Expense - A reversal of the net commission amount that was originally estimated for this Vendor / Account when the associated Invoice was created / billed or last adjusted.
Payment Gross Allocation - The gross commission amount distributed to this Vendor / Account for this Payment.
Payment Net Adjustment - The Net Adjustment/Expense amount distributed from or to this Vendor / Account for this Payment.
Payment Net Allocation - The net commission amount distributed to this Vendor for this Payment.
Payment Void Allocation - A reversal of the original gross commission amount distributed to this Vendor / Account when the associated Payment was applied.
Payment Void Net Adjustment - A reversal of The Net Adjustment/Expense amount distributed from or to this Vendor / Account when the associated Payment was applied.
Payment Void Net Allocation - A reversal of the original net commission amount distributed to this Vendor / Account when the associated Payment was applied.
Vendor Name - The Vendor or House Account Name on the Vendor / House Account forms.
Vendor Record Type - Indicates whether this Vendor or Account reflects an outside party, or is in internal broker, staff member, or house account. Specifically, the Entity Type field on the Vendor / House Account forms.
Vendor Type - The Vendor Type on the Vendor forms
Vendor Code - The Vendor Code/Account # on the Vendor forms
Vendor Account Code - The Account Code on the Vendor forms
Vendor Reference # - The Account Reference Number on the Vendor forms
Invoice Number - The Invoice # from the Create Invoice form. May reflect a custom Invoice number or may be identical to the System ID of the Invoice.
Invoice Date - The billing date for this Invoice. Specifically, the Invoice Date on the Create Invoice form.
Invoice Due Date - The date the Invoice is due. Specifically, the Due Date on the Invoices tab of the Closed Deal.
Receivable - Indicates whether the Invoice is flagged as receivable, or is pending a specific event before it can be considered receivable. Specifically, the Receivable vs Due Upon Event indicator on the Invoices tab of the Closed Deal.
Payment Method - The Method on the Payment Application form
Payment Ref Number - The Reference # on the Payment Application form
Payment Net Adjustment Type - The Type on the Net Adjustments form
Deposit Date - The Deposit Date on the Payment Application form
Void/Adjustment Type - Depending on the Action Type: The Void Type on the Void Payment or Void Invoice forms, or the Adjustment Type on the Adjust Invoice form.
Contact Name - Contact Or Company Name - The name of the Contact or Company associated with this Vendor on the Fee Splits / Split Worksheet form for this Deal..
Contact Primary Location - The Contact’s Primary Location

Contact Primary Division - The Contact’s Primary Division
Deal ID - The Internal ID on the Deal Settings form for the Deal. If there is no Internal ID, the report will display the System ID for the Deal.

Deal ID(s) - Text entry. Enter one or more Internal or System Deal IDs, separated by a comma.
Exact Matches Only - Checkbox. When checked, the report will only return those exact Deal IDs, not all Deals containing any part of those Deal IDs.

Accrual Variance Report [SSRS]
A summary of all accounting (Invoice & Payment) activity for each Contact, Vendor or Account Entity Type for a given date range. Totals are calculated for gross and net allocations / distributions and include the Net to Firm estimates / distributions as well as Adjusted Net Payment amounts.
Report Fields:
First column (Contact Name / Vendor Name / Account Entity Type) - Depending on the selected Totals display option, the name of the Contact (First & Last Name), Vendor (Vendor / Account Name from the Vendor / House Account form) or Account Entity Type (Entity Type on the Vendor / House Account form). Clicking on the name / type will run the Accrual Detail Report for that Contact / Vendor / Entity Type for the selected accrual dates.
Invoice Allocation - The total proportional gross commission allocation of the Invoice amount to this Contact / Vendor / Entity Type for all Invoice activities (Billing, Adjustments and Voids), based on their overall share of the Deal on the Fee Splits / Split Worksheet form.
Invoice Commission Expense - The total net commission estimate for this Contact / Vendor / Entity Type for all Invoice activities (Billing, Adjustments and Voids). Specifically, 100% of the gross amount allocated to an Outside Vendor or House Account, or a calculated net amount for an In-House Vendor or Staff Vendor, based on their current Split Plan and YTD Gross Commission.
Invoice Net to Firm Allocation - The total estimated amount allocated to the firm for all Invoice activities (Billing, Adjustments and Voids). Specifically, the difference between the Invoice Allocation total and the Invoice Commission Expense total for this Contact / Vendor / Entity Type.
Payment Gross Allocation - The total gross commission amount distributed to this Contact / Vendor / Entity Type for all Payment activities (Payments and Voids).
Payment Net Allocation - The total net commission amount distributed to this Contact / Vendor / Entity Type for all Payment activities (Payments and Voids).
Payment Net Adjustment - Payment Net Adjustment - The total Net Adjustment/Expense amount distributed from or to this Contact / Vendor / Entity Type for all Payment activities (Payments and Voids).
Adjusted Payment Net - The total adjusted net commission amount distributed to this Contact / Vendor / Entity Type for all Payment activities (Payments and Voids). Specifically, the Payment Net Allocation plus the Payment Net Adjustment for this Contact / Vendor / Entity Type.
Payment Net to Firm - The total net amount distributed to the firm for all Payment activities (Payments and Voids). Specifically, the Payment Gross Allocation minus the Payment Net Allocation plus the Payment Net Adjustment for this Contact / Vendor / Entity Type.

Accrual Date(s) - Date range. Defaults to the previous 7 days.
Deal ID(s) - Text entry. Enter one or more Internal or System Deal IDs, separated by a comma.

Accruals Report [SSRS]
An accounting report with pertinent details for all Invoice and Payment related actions, including gross and net allocations to each of the parties involved in the deal and entitled to a share of the fees. Each row represents a specific action and the associated gross or net allocation to a specific Vendor or Account. When grouped, subtotals are summarized at the top of each group.
The same Invoice or Payment may display more than once on this report if more than one Vendor / Account expects a share of the fees or the Invoice or Payment was voided or adjusted.

Accruals Fiscal Year Summary [SSRS]
Designed for clients who accrue revenue at time of billing. Typically used if the firm’s fiscal year does not start in January. This report provides totals for revenue (gross) and commission expense (net) amounts accrued before and after a given month for the indicated, prior, and following fiscal years.

Accounting Broker YTD & Splits
View some Split Plan details for internal Brokers, as well as their current Split Percent and the total Gross Commission credited to the Broker for the year (as of the selected date).
Report Fields:
Broker Name - The broker’s Last Name, First Name
Split Plan Name - The Split Plan Name on the HR Split Information form
Individual Split Plan to Date Gross Commission - The total Gross Commission amount earned for this Split Plan, even if that amount encompasses more than 1 year
Individual Split Plan Percentage - The current anticipated Split % based on the total Gross Commission amount earned for just this Split Plan
Start Date - The Start (date) on the HR Split Information form, i.e. when the Split Plan comes into effect.
End Date - The End (date) on the HR Split Information form, i.e. the last day the Split Plan is in effect.
Split Plan Type - The “Calculate YTD Production and Net Split Amounts” on the HR Split Information form. Indicates whether Net Commission amounts are calculated the moment the deal is booked (i.e. the Fee Splits / Split Worksheet form is saved) or when a Payment is entered.
YTD Gross Commission (All Split Plans) - The total Gross Commission amount earned across all Split Plans for the current year
Split Plan Percentage (All Split Plans) - The current anticipated Split % based on the total Gross Commission amount earned across all Split Plans for the current year. If there is currently more than one valid Split Plan, the calculation will refer to the Split Thresholds of the default Split Plan.

For Contacts you manage or support, see total amounts and deal counts for billed invoices and for payments received in a given month, year and previous years.
Report Fields:
Broker - The broker’s Last Name, First Name. Refers to Contacts who are associated with an In-House or Staff Vendor on a deal’s Fee Splits / Split Worksheet form.
Selected Month / Selected Year
Total Invoiced (Broker Share) - Total for each broker’s share of invoice amounts billed during the selected month or year. The share amount is calculated based on the gross commission allocated to that person on the deal’s Split Worksheet.

Broker Pay Sheet [SSRS]
View In-House or Staff Vendor account activity for a specific pay period (or other date range) and for the entire fiscal year to that point. The account balance is summarized for the period and for the year, with a separate summary for Broker Draws. This report includes a detailed breakdown of Account Transactions for that date range. Account Transactions are debits or credits on the Vendor account that can be created manually, or that are automatically created when Payments are applied.
Results are limited to In-House and Staff Vendors only. Each Vendor will have their own page(s).
Please note that the same Contact can potentially be associated with more than one Vendor account, and that each account will display separately.

A list of internal Contacts whose deals you are allowed to see, with rank, deal counts, total consideration (i.e. total lease/sale/transaction value), and square footage/acreage for a specific time frame.
All statistics on this report are based on Deals with a Closed Date that falls within the selected time frame, for which this Contact has an Expected Gross Commission on the Deal’s Fee Splits (Split Worksheet) form. Default ranking is based on the Contact’s Expected Gross Commission (not shown).

A summary of Payments received (i.e. cash flow) with one line per grouping and totals for the Gross and Net Commissions, Net Adjustments and Net to Firm. More details are available for each group when you click on the Group By value. Subtotal amounts are located at the top of each group.

The first 2 columns display your selected Group By fields.
Gross to Broker - The total gross commission amount distributed to the selected Group By fields for all Payments applied during the selected Payment Date range.

Confidential - The Confidential checkbox from the Deal Settings or Lease/Sale Details forms. When a Deal is identified as Confidential, it is excluded from Comp search results unless Confidential Deals are specifically included.
Deal ID - The Internal ID on the Deal Settings form for the Deal. If there is no Internal ID, the report will display the System ID for the Deal.

Net Adjustment - Total Net Adjustment / Net Expense amount applied for this Payment. If the Net Adjustment was taken from the Broker, the amount will be negative. If it was given to the Broker, the amount will be positive.
Adjusted Net to Broker - Final Net amount distributed to Broker after all splits or adjustments have been applied.
Specifically, the Net to Broker amount minus the Net Adjustment amount.Split % - The broker’s Net Commission Split percent for this Payment. Should match up with the Net to Broker divided by the Gross to Broker.
Split Plan - The name of the Split Plan that was applied to calculate the Net to Broker, or an indication that a Fixed Net was applied to override system calculations

View Closed Deal details by Broker for a given time period. This report reflects all deals (regardless of billing or payment status), and can include Total Consideration, Total Commission/Fees, a breakdown of In-House vs Outside commissions, and the broker’s allocated Gross Commission amount.
The same Deal may display more than once on this report if more than one internal broker expects a share of the Total Fees.

Deal Activity Detail - Excel [SSRS]
Spreadsheet-style report that includes robust deal, property, deal participant, and broker share details and is designed to be exported to Excel. From there, sort and filter to conduct your own analysis and/or create your own graphs, charts, or pivot tables.
The same Deal may display more than once on this report if more than one internal Contact expects a share of the Total Fees.
Report Fields:
Deal ID - The Internal ID on the Deal Settings form for the Deal. If there is no Internal ID, the report will display the System ID for the Deal.
Confidential - The Confidential checkbox from the Deal Settings or Lease/Sale Details forms. When a Deal is identified as Confidential, it is excluded from Comp search results unless Confidential Deals are specifically included.
Deal Name - The Deal Name on the Deal Settings form
Transaction Value - The Total Transaction Value from the Fee Calculation form, typically either the sales price or the value of the lease agreement (Lease Rate per SF x SF leased x Lease Term).

Flexible options allow you to include pipeline deals, unbilled invoices, and/or recent payments. Report Filters:
As Of Date - Required. Date (mm/dd/yyyy). Defaults to today’s date. Determines when the 12-month breakdown begins and whether an amount is included in one of those months or in the Prior or After columns. Click here for more information.
Include Payments (in this period) - Checkbox. Determines whether to include Payments with a Payment Date that falls within the 12-month breakdown.
Include Unbilled Invoices - Checkbox. Determines whether to include unbilled Invoices with a Due Date that falls within the 12-month breakdown.
Include Pipeline - Checkbox. Determines whether to include projected Invoices with a Due Date that falls within the 12-month breakdown.

Revenue Projection Report [SSRS]
An older version of the Projected Income [SSRS] report. View a forecast of projected (pipeline), unbilled, and billed gross commissions and other fees with details about the deal, invoice, and broker. Includes a breakdown of those amounts for the next 12 months based on expected or actual invoice due date. You have the option to include Pipeline deals or only report on Closed Deals.
The same Invoice may display more than once on this report if more than one internal Contact expects a share of the fees.
Report Fields:
Broker - The broker’s Last Name, First Name
Deal ID - The Internal ID on the Deal Settings form for the Deal. If there is no Internal ID, the report will display the System ID for the Deal.
Deal Name - The Deal Name from the Project/Deal Settings form
Close Date - The Deal Closed Date on the Deal Settings form, typically the date a lease was finalized or when escrow closed on a sale
Status - The Status from the Project/Deal Settings form
Probability - The Est. Probability (%) from the deal’s Pipeline form
Buyer/Tenant - The first Company on the Deal Contacts form with a Role of “Buyer/Tenant”
Seller/Landlord -The first Company on the Deal Contacts form with a Role of “Seller/Landlord”
Sq.Ft./Acres - For Land Spaces or Properties: Land Size (Acres) from the Space Details form or (if the Deal is for the entire Property) from the Building Details form. Gross Fees - Total Fees (Gross Commission) from the Fee Calculation form. Note that this includes all fees & commissions, not just this Contact’s share.
In-House Fees - The total commission/fee amount for any internal parties or accounts who are allocated a share of the deal commissions/fees.
